Use this week for motivation! The launch of International Fitness Week is supported by Victoria Pendleton, British Olympic and World Cycling Champion. Each day of the week has its own theme. Check out the schedule:

Day 1: Try Something New. This theme is meant to inspire you to exercise in a new way. For example, take a spinning class, try cross-fit, or find a new fitness location in your area.

Day 2: Freestyle Day. Here, there are no rules to exercising. The idea around this day is just to get moving in any way possible. Mix up new exercises, workouts, training methods, and equipment. Feel free to work out at any level of intensity as long as you are moving!

Day 3: Challenge Day. In order to build up your muscle and achieve as much as possible, you have to be willing to challenge yourself. Go the extra mile and encourage your friends to do the same with you!

Day 4: Group Exercise Day. If you are used to working out by yourself, this is definitely a theme you should try! This is a fun way to get motivated for the day. Sign up for a group exercise class with your friends. These days, there are so many different ways to work out. In addition, your friends can help motivate you to work harder and set goals together.

Day 5: Healthy Eating Day. While working out is great, we cannot forget about eating healthy. This day is about making sure your body is getting the energy it needs to exercise and stay fit. Make it your goal to maintain a healthy balanced meal throughout the day. For example, load up on the fruits and vegetables while staying away from fried and fatty foods.

Day 6: Top 20 Workout Day. You do not have to do 20 different workouts on this day but try a variety of exercises. For example, do reps of squats, lunges, abs. This way, you can burn calories and strengthen different muscles.

Day 7: Rest & Relaxation Day: After six days of working out, your body deserves a break. Sign up for a yoga class or treat yourself to a spa. Let yourself relax to relieve muscle tension, lessen anxiety, and lower your blood pressure.
