Rolfing

Throwing or take down style - Chinese martial art which combines grappling and striking. It was originally only a style of sport wrestling, but later striking and blocking were added. It sometimes also refers to modern Chinese and Mongolian wrestling.

Ski jumping is an exciting sport where participants descend a downhill ramp and launch themselves airborne and land down the hill at the greatest distance. Style points are awarded and ski poles are not used.

Sport featuring athletes with both feet secured in boots attached to a board made especially for snow boarding. An alternative to descending a mountain on skis, and athletes can display acrobatic skills when airborne. Snow boarding compares favorably to surfing on snow.

Snow boarding has surged in popularity and has been part of the Winter Olympics since 1998. Instead of on skis, competitors have both feet bound to a specially made board, and the sports compares roughly to surfing on snow. Appealing to all ages and skill levels.

Yogilates
Yogilates is an exercise system that is a blend of yoga and Pilates created by certified Pilates instructor and yoga practitioner Jonathan Urla in 1997. It is designed to integrate the Pilates methodology into the practice of hatha yoga for a more complete system of exercise. It is often taught as a 75 minute long session in exercise clubs and in yoga or pilates studios for the same benefits of yoga and Pilates classes, mainly to bring greater awareness and develop the body in a balanced way. Usually accompanied by soothing music, the teacher will lead the class through a series of floor exercises incorporating both matwork exercises from Pilates and yoga poses to warm up the body and prepare the student for more challenging standing work later in the class. Zip Line
A thrilling activity where participants use a pulley attached to a cable to descend various distances over water or land, gaining speed as the descent progresses. The line is secured to fixed objects at both the high and low ends of the incline.
