What is the cost to join?
Free membership to you, your friends and your family. There are no hidden costs. You only pay what the provider charges for the service or activity plus applicable state taxes. Deals are automatically passed to our members. Saving money is a beautiful thing.
How do I book a service or make a reservation?
Browse and select the day, time, location, activity, class or service and then follow the easy checkout steps. You will receive an automatic email confirmation, receipt and map.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
TourDeFIT.com strives to process you reservations quickly to ensure that you can make real time reservations. Our Fitness and Wellness Provider partners are also notified immediately of your booking/purchase to ensure superior customer relations. As such, TourDeFIT.com does not make any refunds after purchases have been made. All sales purchases are final upon payment. It is at the discretion of the Fitness or Wellness Provider whether your reservation can be changed or modified. You may contact the provider directly for their refund policy.

What is the cost to join?
The annual and affordable Partnership Membership for any work place varies on the number of employees.
No additional cost for dependants. If dependants agree to have their activities tracked for reporting and trends, there is no additional charge to workplaces to access the reports.
No additional cost to add your on-site events and services to the site to take reservations.
Do you have any special rates for non profits?

Can all employees be tracked?
We take privacy very seriously, therefore employees are only tracked if they opt in and agree to be tracked.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Workplace Wellness Cancelation - You may cancel your account with 30 days’ prior notice. To cancel your account please e-mail your notice to [email protected] .com. TourDeFIT.com® will confirm your cancellation through an e-mail to your address set within your account. Your account also may be cancelled if you fail to pay the fee within 30 days after it is due or if you otherwise breach TourDeFIT.com®’s terms of usage of this site.
